This shipping policy applies to orders placed on One Point Buy at shopping.onepointbuy.in.
Orders are confirmed only after successful online payment through Razorpay. Once confirmed, orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. During sale periods or festive launches, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.
Delivery typically takes 4–8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive orders faster; remote areas may take a little longer.
Free shipping on all orders across India. There is no minimum order value required for free delivery.
Once your order is dispatched, you can track it using your order reference on our Track Order page. You may also contact us via chat support for tracking help.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or you believe it is lost in transit, please contact us via chat support with your order reference and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If your pin code cannot be serviced by our courier partner, we will inform you before confirming or fulfilling your order.
